Shipping Information

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number at the email address provided.

  • Tracking Number:
    If you have not received a tracking number by the 5th business day, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If still not received, kindly contact us for assistance.

  • Order Delays:
    If your order has not shipped by the 6th business day, please be assured that our dedicated team has escalated the matter to our Fulfillment Center. We request an additional 3 business days to provide you with an update or tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

1. Estimated Delivery:

   • United States: 7 to 20 business days

   • International: 10 to 25 business days

2. Tracking Information Updates:
   Tracking details may not appear immediately due to:

   • Initial scans occurring at regional hubs near the destination

   • Delays in tracking database updates

   • Certain shipment types (e.g., Standard International) may not be trackable, though delivery is still expected within the estimated timeframe.

3. If Delivery Exceeds Estimated Time:

   • After 20 business days (US) or 25 business days (International), please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery, as delays can occasionally occur.

   • If no update or delivery occurs after 30 business days (US) or 35 business days (International), our team will continue to investigate the delay and provide updates within 2 to 5 business days.

How are Shipping and Delivery Timelines Determined

1. Delivery estimates are calculated by adding transit time to the estimated shipping date.

2. Transit time is based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays unless weekend delivery is selected during checkout.

3. An "order within" countdown timer may be provided to indicate the deadline to place your order for estimated delivery by a specific date.

4. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.

Priority Shipping

1. To keep our products affordable, expedited shipping is rarely offered.
   If available during checkout, expedited delivery times are:

   • 7 to 15 business days for the US

   • 10 to 20 business days for international orders.
